Warzone Devs Fixing Game-Ruining Reload Bug a Week After Season 3 Reloaded Update

After the Season 3 Reloaded update, Raven Software announced that it would be addressing a game-breaking bug, causing Warzone players to rejoice.

While Season 3 Reloaded introduced a plethora of new content and balance adjustments to Warzone, it also inadvertently introduced a bug into the battle royale. After downloading the update, players discovered that their reload animation could be interrupted by their Tactical Sprint, causing the reload to be cancelled.

During a Warzone match, this bug has the potential to wreak havoc as it can cause players to lose a gunfight when they unintentionally cancel a reload while attempting to sprint for cover.

Raven Software has revealed that they are working on a minor update for May 8th to address a bug, as well as another bug related to reloading near loot. Although players are relieved that the problem is finally being fixed, they are disappointed that it has taken this long to resolve.

“Wow, I can’t believe a fix was released for this so quickly! Thank you for consistently surprising us with your dedication and effort towards the game. I’m sure everyone here agrees that we are so lucky to have a company that treats us so well,”one commenter on social media sarcastically remarked about the update.

Some commenters questioned why Raven Software could not have implemented the change earlier. One widely supported response suggested that if the issue was related to the game’s store, the bug would have been resolved more quickly.

According to CoD content creator Whoh, something that was previously in perfect condition has now been seven days.

Players will have to wait and see if the bug fix is effective, as the Warzone developer still has other bugs and issues to deal with.
