Warzone players are calling for the removal of one of the game’s most annoying vehicles, even questioning why it was added.
With Call of Duty Battle Royale having been a game in continuous service for four years now, the need for evolution and content is constant in order to keep the game fresh and enjoyable without becoming boring.
Each season could mean the addition of new weapons, vehicles or a new Gulag, for example, while in the long term it could mean the addition of new maps and game modes.
If certain modifications are appreciated, there is one which annoys players more and more: the heavy helicopter.
Warzone players want the heavy helicopter removed
The Heavy Helicopter hasn’t always been present in Warzone, but it has been added and removed here and there over the years, giving players a more heavily armored helicopter to traverse the map while remaining relatively safe.
However, players are starting to get seriously annoyed, as opponents use them to simply stay alive and wreak havoc in the endgame of games, with little way to counter them.
“Why does the heavy helicopter exist in Warzone?” asked a player on Reddit. “It’s by far the worst vehicle, it takes over a thousand bullets to take it down, it’s very easy to repair at stations, the enemy hitbox inside is so bugged you can’t even get them touch, but of course they can.”

Many replies strongly agreed with the original post, with one even suggesting that “the developers are constantly adding things to the game because they think it’s cool without any regard for the balance of the game.”gameplay and fun.”
As one player said, while you can shoot the helicopter and hope other teams do the same, “no one wants to give away their position and be vulnerable to an ambush while being distracted by it.”
Whether developers Raven Software have any plans to remove or weaken the heavy helicopter remains to be seen, but many players are hoping for changes for Season 2.
