Warzone players finally get long-awaited update for most expensive bundle

The B.E.A.S.T. Glove, which is the most expensive bundle in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, has finally been updated to launch players across the map, addressing a much-needed improvement.

As part of the Godzilla x Kong collaboration, Activision released a cosmetic glove item in April that could only be obtained by purchasing four $20 bundles, amounting to a total of $80.

Many MW3 players were angered by the “absurd”glove as it lacked any distinct animations. Furthermore, they contended that the advertising for the glove falsely portrayed it as a reward for gameplay rather than a bonus for purchasing the other bundles.

The community was worried that this cosmetic would pave the way for other costly bundles in the future.

After almost four months, Activision has responded to these complaints by incorporating a new animation into the B.E.A.S.T Glove.

After the update, players were able to send enemies flying across the map with the B.E.A.S.T Glove when landing a punch. Surprisingly, instead of being pleased with this addition, players expressed their frustration that this feature was not implemented earlier.

“One user responded, questioning why the change was made months later. They expressed that had the change been implemented from the start, they would have purchased it on the first day.”

Despite this, a few players did express their appreciation as they had given up all hope that the glove would ever be revisited.

“A second user expressed gratitude to Sledgehammer Games for improving this glove, stating that it has now enhanced their enjoyment with it.”

Despite this, $80 is a high price to pay for a single cosmetic item in a $70 game, and many players expressed their concern to the developers that this should not become a common occurrence in the future.

“While it’s great that this now has an added fun effect, it’s still outrageous that one must spend $80 to unlock it,”argued a commenter.

The Call of Duty community has been vocal about the controversy surrounding the B.E.A.S.T. glove, but it is not the only contentious item in the game. The introduction of a new cat gun has sparked frustration among players, who believe that the developers are more focused on introducing cosmetic items rather than taking action against cheaters.
