The top close-range loadout in Warzone may be unexpected, as it utilizes a popular LMG that has been dominating Season 4.
In addition to the Kar98k, the Holger 26 has become the dominant long-range weapon in Warzone’s Season 4 meta. Its manageable recoil and powerful damage make it a top pick for both Urzikstan and Rebirth Island.
Although the Superi 46 has been a highly favored choice in the close-range meta, I recently tested out the JAK Burnout Kit in Warzone Season 4 and found it to be a top contender due to its impressively quick TTK.
Equipping the Holger 26 with the JAK Burnout Kit transforms the LMG into a formidable force in close-quarters combat, surpassing even the Striker and WSP 9. Its impressive close-range time-to-kill remains unmatched, thanks to the JAK Burnout Kit’s enhancements which sacrifice long-range capabilities in exchange for improved fire rate, bullet velocity, limb damage, and damage falloff.
After testing the top performing Holger 26 build for Warzone, I discovered that the only adjustments necessary were to swap out the optic and equip the 5.56 NATO High Grain Rounds in order to make room for the JAK Burnout Kit. Any close-range sight of your choosing will suffice, although I personally prefer the Nydar Model 2023 for close-range firearms.
Despite being a popular content creator for Warzone, WhosImmortal has also recognized the effectiveness of the Holger 26 with the JAK Burnout Kit Aftermarket Part as a close-range loadout in Season 4.
WhosImmortal praised the weapon, labeling it a “close-range beast”and emphasizing its insane time-to-kill when used in close-quarters combat.
If you’re tired of SMGs and searching for a new close-range weapon to use in Warzone, be sure to test out this Holger 26 loadout.
This loadout is also effective in Ranked Play, particularly when paired with the top audio and controller settings for Warzone.
