WestCol Surpasses Adin Ross as Kick’s Leading Streamer with Record-Breaking Viewership

KICK broadcaster WestCol has surpassed Adin Ross to become the most-followed channel on the streaming platform, achieving an impressive new milestone in the process.

When KICK emerged as a competitor to Twitch, several streamers transitioned from established platforms such as the Amazon-owned service. These streamers brought along a substantial number of their followers, quickly turning them into some of the most popular channels on KICK.

Adin Ross, who transitioned from YouTube, had previously established himself as the flagship streamer for the Stake-backed platform. He maintained this status, consistently attracting high-profile guests for his streams.

However, this title has now shifted to WestCol, a former Twitch star. The Colombian content creator boasted over 1.5 million followers on Twitch before making the move to KICK.

WestCol frequently engages in live streaming fights between creators and collaborates with various South American celebrities. As a result, he has amassed more than 1.6 million followers on KICK, leaving Adin trailing by approximately 100,000 followers.

Moreover, the Colombian streamer has shattered the KICK record for peak viewership during a single stream, surpassing one million viewers.

This achievement occurred during his broadcast on October 20, where he hosted the Stream Fighters 3 event, showcasing a series of streamer battles similar to Ibai’s La Velada Del Año events, which intersperse musical performances with fight matches.

Before WestCol’s latest triumph, Adin Ross had set the record with a stream featuring former US President Donald Trump, which he had touted as the largest stream of the year. Despite this, he suggested IShowSpeed or Kai Cenat as potential contenders for Streamer of the Year.

While that assessment is now outdated, it wouldn’t be surprising if Adin attempts to reclaim his status from WestCol in the near future.
