Former Secret member Jun Hyoseong returned to the spotlight on the popular short-video platform TikTok thanks to her 2015 solo track, “Into You.”The song caught the attention of dancers and quickly became a viral dance challenge on the app.

From 2005 to 2022, Jun Hyo Seong has been involved in various projects such as Five Girls, Secret, her solo debut, and pursuing an acting career.
In 2005, Jun gained recognition in the music industry when she participated in Mnet’s “Battle Shinhwa”audition show, which ultimately led to her signing a contract with Good Entertainment.
She began her training under the label and was introduced as a member of the pre-debut group Five Girls on their variety show, “Diary of Five Girls.”
Regrettably, the group broke up before they could debut and TS Entertainment quickly recruited Hyo Seong in 2007 to join their girl group, Secret.
In 2009, the group consisting of Jun, Song Jieun, Han Sunhwa, and Jung Hana was launched after two years of training.

Due to her increasing popularity, Hyo Seong made her acting debut in 2013 and became the second member of Secret to pursue a solo career after Jieun in 2014. During this period, the group decided to temporarily halt their activities and concentrate on individual projects.
In 2015, Hyo Seong tirelessly promoted as a soloist and released “Into You”as the lead single of her debut EP, “Fantasia.”However, despite her efforts, the song did not receive the recognition it deserved.
In 2018, Secret’s unfortunate disbandment was caused by Hyo Seong’s lawsuit against TS due to payment issues.
In 2021, she joined IOK Entertainment in order to further her career in both acting and singing. Her most recent music release, “Stories finding shimmering sea,”was released in 2022.

After stepping away from being a K-pop idol, Jun Hyo Seong shifted her focus to her acting career. In 2023, she captivated audiences with her superb performance as Oh Min Hye in the popular Netflix series, “Celebrity.”
Currently, she serves as the host for the second season of “GLAMME,”a YouTube web series featuring beauty content.
