Max’s Bar & Grill is still open
Despite the current circumstances, Max’s Bar & Grill remains open. The beachside restaurant is definitely a must-visit for those looking to sample their delicious food. Their menu boasts a variety of options, such as chicken wings, Caesar salads, and indulgent hotdogs.
You also have the option to order hamburgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, truffle fries, and sweet treats.
Having been in existence for several decades, Max’s Bar & Grill holds the status of a historical landmark.
Initially named Max’s Famous Hotdogs, the business was established in 1928 by Max Altman. However, Altman eventually sold his share to his business partner.
In 1950, Milford Maybaum chose to assume control of the business, which has remained in the hands of the Maybaum family up until the present. Throughout this time, they have successfully navigated the company through a complete rebranding process.
Please note that Max’s restaurant is only open from Thursday to Sunday for those who wish to dine in.
