Warzone Season 4 Reloaded introduces the Buy Back returns, an LTM that adds an exhilarating twist to the traditional battle royale experience.
The mode will be introduced alongside the mutation theme after a DNA bomb explodes at Popov Power on Urzikstan. However, there is uncertainty about its mechanics and release date.
Mode Explained
The Buy Back feature enables squads of four to return to the map after being eliminated, as long as they have $4,500. The window for purchasing a respawn is limited, and once it expires, the match continues as a standard battle royale without the Gulag. In the Season 4 Reloaded version of this mode, Mutations are available.
The Buy Back period, which was previously available in the game, lasted for 20 minutes, providing ample opportunity to utilize it.
The focus of the mode will revolve around Popov Power in Urzikstan, with no Tacticals or Lethals available in ground loot.
Mutation Buy Back features some crazy abilities.
All mutations
- Bioshield
- Create a protective bubble that blocks incoming damage but allows you to shoot out from within.
- Divebomb
- Rocket into the air, then dive towards a target. On impact, any nearby enemies are damaged and tossed back.
- Mutant Leap
- Perform a charged jump that covers vast distances.
- Toxic Stim Cloud
- Deploy a toxic stim cloud that does damage to enemies and boosts squadmates’ speed for a short duration.
- Sludge Sling
- Toss sludge grenades that explode into a toxic gas cloud on impact. The gas slows and damages enemies over time.
- Mutant Cloak
- Turn partially invisible for a short time. You will leave green footprints while cloaked.
- Mutant Vision
- See enemies outlined in red through walls for a short duration.
During the match, players have the opportunity to obtain these mutations, resulting in chaotic gameplay.
When will it be available?
There is currently no confirmation on the availability of Mutation Buy Back in Warzone. However, we anticipate that it will be introduced in the next Playlist update on July 3, replacing the current Mutation Resurgence.
