The online community has shown a growing interest in Mormonism since the release of the Season 1 trailer for Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in August.
It may come as a surprise to certain social media users, but there exists a corner of TikTok solely for Mormon mothers and wives.
Within this section of the platform, well-known Mormon wives such as Taylor Paul and Whitney Leavitt post a variety of videos. These range from personal updates to viral-worthy dancing videos.
Despite being involved in a 2023 domestic violence case where her 5-year-old daughter was injured by a thrown chair, Taylor has still managed to gain over 4 million followers since the incident.
The influencer has managed to recover from her lowest point and is still actively sharing TikToks featuring her three children and husband, Dakota Mortensen.
Despite being criticized for not adhering to the strict values and rules of Mormon culture, she addressed the issue in one of her viral videos. In the video, she discussed her decision to join Hulu’s new series.
