When Can You Pull In Wuthering Waves?
After completing the main quest called First Resonance, which involves speaking to Baizhi, you will be able to access Wuthering Waves. Upon completing the physical exam, the game will notify you that you have unlocked the Convene feature. This feature enables you to use Asterite on gacha banners.

How to Wish in Wuthering Waves
