One of the core aspects of the experience focuses on finding and capturing creatures. And some players may consider the Pal Mammorest among the most important finds, especially because of its diverse uses.
The Mammorest offers several uses, the main one being the player’s ability to ride it. Better yet, when mounted on a Mammorest, users should find that they are more efficient at mining and woodcutting. For those interested in researching this Grass-type elemental, here’s what you need to know.
How to find and catch the Mammorest in Palworld
Wandering Mammorests should be easy to spot in several areas of Palworld. They inhabit the northern, southeastern, southern, and some western regions of the map.

The Mammorest can prove difficult to capture even for experienced players. So, reducing him to a lower health is the best way to go before casting a Sphere Pal.
Of course, Hyper Spheres can help greatly in this regard, as they allow users to capture higher level creatures more easily. But since this upgraded model doesn’t unlock until level 27, those earlier in the game should try a different approach.
As a Grass-type elemental, Mammorest is particularly weak against fire attacks. Fire-type Pals should prove useful, as will weapons like the Fire Crossbow, which unlocks at level 15.
Players should note, however, that Mammorest Pals often appear near alpha bosses. Those pursuing these mammoth-like beasts will need to remain on guard at all times.
