Fortnite’s Chapter 5 Season 4 has introduced Doom and Avengers chests filled with powerful Marvel weapons that can now be found scattered throughout the Battle Royale island map.
On August 16, the highly anticipated Absolute Doom season of Fortnite, featuring Marvel characters, was finally launched. Doctor Doom has claimed dominance over the upper half of the island and has introduced a variety of new points of interest, including his own Castle Doom.
In addition, the Battle Royale map has been updated with a variety of new and returning weapons from various Marvel characters. To acquire these powerful mythic weapons, it is recommended to search for special Doom and Avenger chests.
All Doom and Avengers Chest Locations in Fortnite

To locate the Doom Chests in Fortnite, simply make your way to one of the three recently added POI areas: Castle Doom, Doomstadt, and The Raft, or visit the Doom’s Courtyard landmark situated to the east of Doom’s Castle. These 4 locations are all indicated in green on the map shown above.
The Avengers Chests can also be located at Doomstadt and The Raft points of interest, Doom’s Courtyard landmark, and within Weapon Bunkers. These bunkers, which are all marked in red on the map above, can be found at 12 different locations.
There are a total of nine Weapon Bunker locations listed below:
- The Wreckmill landmark is located south of the Nitrodrome arena.
- Just north of Pleasant Piazza, situated between two trees.
- The Pantheon Path is located just west of Mount Olympus.
- The Dumpenhausen landmark is situated between Reckless Railways and Mount Olympus.
- On the opposite side of the bridge, beyond Pleasant Piazza.
- The Underworld POI is located southwest on the map, towards the edge.
- Piney Pumps is located just north of Lavish Lair to the west.
- On the opposite side of the water, to the east of Lavish Lair.
- Located northeast of Reckless Railways.
The Doom Chests shine gold and feature Doom’s icon branded on the top.
For the Absolute Doom season, both types of chests will contain the latest Marvel weapons. These new additions include War Machine’s Arsenal, War Machine’s Auto Turret, War Machine’s Hover Jets, and Captain America’s Shield.
