Indeed, no less than 160 Lilith Altars are scattered throughout the Sanctuary. These are mysterious statues bearing the image of the demoness. These offer powerful permanent bonuses that it would be a shame to neglect. How to find them all? What are they for? We will explain everything to you!

In total there are 160 Lilith Altars to find in Sanctuary, as only those from the Diablo 4 beta are known so far, we will add the rest very quickly after the game releases on June 6, 2023.

What are the Altars of Lilith used for?
The Altars of Lilith are frightening statues scattered throughout Sanctuary. These altars bearing the image of the demoness and headliner of this Diablo 4 are a godsend for adventurers.
Indeed, all you have to do is approach one of these statues and click on it to claim the altar. By doing so, you will gain a nice bundle of XP, Renown as well as a permanent bonus, the effects of which we detail in the next part.
Please note that progress in discovering altars is shared with all the characters on your account. This way, you can still take advantage of your hard-earned stat bonuses, even when restarting a character.
Fortunately, the Altars of Lilith can still be activated on your new characters in order to grant them the XP bonus.
Effects of Altars of Lilith
Once claimed, an Altar of Lilith will grant you one of the following bonuses:
- +5 Obol Capacity
- +2 Dexterity
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Force
- +2 Willpower
