Ghost Stories Anime: Plot
Several years ago, a high school student was successful in removing all of the ghosts that had been living in a schoolhouse. Unfortunately, it appears that the ghosts have found their way back into the schoolhouse. The anime Ghost Stories follows the story of two siblings, Satsuki and Keiichirou Miyanoshita.
Despite the recent move to this town, these siblings are faced with the challenge of moving forward after the passing of their mother. Coincidentally, this town holds sentimental value as it was their late mother’s hometown and a place where she had many childhood memories. The adjustment to a new school has added to the difficulty of coping with their loss.
Despite hearing rumors about the haunted schoolhouse, the siblings were skeptical and did not believe in ghosts. However, their perspective shifted when they had a series of encounters with these spirits in the room. The story follows the siblings and their new friends as they navigate their daily lives in the eerie haunted school, trying to survive its creepy atmosphere.
