In 2021, a fan on TikTok asked contestant Aaron Francis how he manages to wake up immediately when the lights are turned on. In response, he explained, “The lights are incredibly bright, you have no idea. That’s why we all wear sunglasses in the morning.”

I used to question why characters in previous series would wear sunglasses in bed. However, now I understand that it’s because the room is bright and it helps to wake them up immediately.
