Why Minato with Sharingan in Naruto could have changed the Narutoverse, explored

Despite being recognized as a formidable figure in the Naruto universe, the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze is constantly the subject of fan theories on how to further enhance his abilities. With the possession of Kurama Chakra already under his belt, the natural progression for him to become even stronger would have been to obtain the Sharingan.

As followers of the series are aware, despite being one of the most skilled Shinobi in the history of the Hidden Leaf Village, Minato Namikaze was never blessed with a dojutsu. Therefore, acquiring one could potentially elevate his abilities to unprecedented levels, completely altering the power dynamics in the world of Naruto.

Despite already being an incredibly powerful character, Minato Namikaze could have potentially reached even greater heights in the Narutoverse if he had possessed the Sharingan. With his already overpowered abilities, the addition of the Sharingan would have only further amplified his potential.

As fans may recall from Kakashi Hatake’s flashback, though he was the creator of the Chidori, he still required the Sharingan to master the jutsu. Similarly, as fans are aware, Minato Namikaze was already renowned as one of the swiftest shinobi in history thanks to his mastery of the Flying Raijin Jutsu. This unparalleled speed and control would have made him virtually invincible in combat.

In addition, he had the potential to become a Copy Ninja like Kakashi, but with even greater skill. Minato was already incredibly powerful, so if he had incorporated every new jutsu he encountered into his arsenal, it would have made him too dominant.

Furthermore, possessing the Sharingan would have provided Minato with a strong grasp of Genjutsu. It is clear from the series that Minato was not particularly skilled in this type of technique. Therefore, having the Sharingan would have allowed him to utilize illusions to deceive his opponents and disrupt their mental state during a fight.

Finally, it is important to remember that Minato would have been able to see Chakra, identify weak points in his enemies’ defenses, and use them to his advantage had he possessed a Sharingan. These enhancements would have made Minato an unstoppable force.

If he were to achieve the Mangekyo Sharingan, it would have granted him exceptional abilities such as Amaterasu, Kamui, and Tsukuyomi. Each of these techniques was incredibly powerful on its own, and having them in his arsenal would have been a game-changer for the Narutoverse if Minato were to obtain them.

Additionally, if Minato Namikaze had possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan, he would have been able to utilize Susanoo, the ultimate shield. Combining this ability with his Kurama chakra mode, he would have been capable of achieving the same feat as Naruto and Sasuke did together against Momoshiki Otsutsuki in the Boruto anime.

It can be argued that if Minato Namikaze had possessed the Sharingan, he would have potentially surpassed the combined strength of Naruto and Sasuke at their prime, thus earning him the title of the most powerful character in the series.

Furthermore, this development would have resulted in a significant change in the flow of the series’ plot. The initial major development would have involved Minato taking charge of the Kurama and saving both himself and Kushina Uzumaki from their impending deaths.

Afterwards, it is possible that he could have captured Obito Uchiha, thus putting an end to all the events involving the Akatsuki and the Fourth Shinobi World War. However, it is open to speculation among fans as to whether Minato would have still chosen to become the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Fox, along with his son.
