Dragon’s Dogma 2 has received a lot of criticism for the microtransaction DLCs present in the game. But will the game benefit from narrative DLCs or expansions in the near future? Here’s everything we know.
For most single-player games like Dragon’s Dogma 2, developers typically release DLC within a year or years of the game’s launch. These DLCs add new quests and storylines, as well as new weapons and items.
Capcom’s latest RPG has an interesting plot in its own right, but the way the story ends leaves many questions unanswered.
So, could the story of Dragon’s Dogma 2 be extended with DLC in the future? Here’s everything we know.
DLC planned for Dragon’s Dogma 2?
As of yet, Capcom hasn’t announced any DLC or expansions for Dragon’s Dogma 2, so it’s hard to say if the game will receive an expansion in the coming months. However, it would be incorrect to completely rule out the possibility of quest packs in the near future.
We don’t yet know if Dragon’s Dogma 2 will receive DLC in the future.
As was the case with the Dark Arisen expansion, if Capcom introduces new quest packs or expansions for Dragon’s Dogma 2, then you will be able to experience new stories.
As for the microtransaction DLCs currently available for the game, you don’t necessarily need to purchase them, as everything can be acquired in Dragon’s Dogma 2 without much difficulty.
That’s everything we know so far about Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC. We’ll update this article as soon as Capcom releases more information on possible upcoming expansions.
