Like with previous Genshin Impact festivals, players will be able to engage with their favorite characters in the form of NPCs. Most Mondstadt characters may be found distributed over the territory during the 3.5 Windblume Festival, eager to engage with players. Regrettably, Diluc and Jean will not be present in Mondstadt during this festival.
The Windblume Festival, like other events in Genshin Impact, is organized into three Acts, with NPC characters’ places shifting between them. On day 3, players will complete the third Act of the 3.5 Windblume Festival missions and will have the opportunity to engage with the greatest number of characters throughout this event.
Genshin Impact 3.5 Windblume Festival Characters and Places
Apart from the Mondstadt characters seen in their respective regions, players will also come across Candace and Dehya in the Sumeru region of Genshin Impact 3.5 Windblume Festival.
Ying’er and Timaeus
Timaeus and Ying’er appear to be in one of the first romance stories in Genshin Impact. The couple may be located just in front of the major Mondstadt waypoint. Just near to the famed Crafting Table, Ying’er and Timaeus are enjoying a delightful modest talk.
Dehya
During the 3.5 Windblume Festival, it might be difficult to find Dehya. To find her, teleport to the waypoint marked with the Bounty emblem above the Akademiya Liaison Officer. From there, proceed to the west and enter the Akademiya’s main gate.
While inside the Akademiya, take the tiny corridor to the northwest and follow it all the way out to Dehya.
Candace
Teleport to the Aaru Village waypoint in Sumeru to find Candace during the 3.5 Windblume Festival. Then turn left onto a street with a few steps. Go forward until there is no other option than to turn right. Players can then find Candace and Setaria engrossed in discussion.
Mika And Tighnari
Teleport to the Statue of the Seven adjacent to the Dawn Winery, then proceed north towards the cliff to find Tighnari and Mika. From there, gamers may listen in on Tighnari and Mika’s mushroomy talk.
Klee And Mona
Mona and Klee may be found in Genshin Impact at the Starfell Lake Statue of the Seven.
Albedo
Teleport to the main Mondstadt waypoint to discover Albedo. He may be located on the balcony above Good Hunter, seated at a table. There are no entrances or ladders to the balcony, so players must find another method to get there.
Cyno
Cyno is, predictably, sitting alone at a table in front of Cat’s Tail Pub in Mondstadt. If players engage him in conversation, he will challenge the Traveler to a duel.
Venti
Venti will be seated at a table outside Angel’s Share Pub in Mondstadt, much like at any previous Windblume Festival. It may be reached by heading north from the main Mondstadt waypoint.
Collei, Eula, Amber, and Sucrose
At Mondstadt, Eula, Amber, Sucrose, and Collei are all standing together. Teleport to the waypoint above the Knight of Favonius Headquarter to locate them. Fly southeast from the waypoint to instantly observe the ladies conversing.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
