Wistoria: Wand and Sword Chapter 45 Part 2 was released on Monday, October 9, 2024, revealing significant developments following Will Serfort’s clash with Shade, a member of Gohtia. The latest chapter also provided insights into Emma’s condition, indicating that the tower’s safety may now be compromised.

During the previous chapter, Shade attempted to manipulate Will by delving into his memories. However, she was expelled from his consciousness by a shadowy figure resembling the mage queen, Mercedes. Shortly after, Will managed to break free from Shade’s influence and cast an unknown spell against her.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword Chapter 45 Part 2: The Conclusion of Will Serfort’s Confrontation with Shade

Chapter 45 Part 2 of Wistoria: Wand and Sword, titled “Abyssal Origin (2),”picks up where the previous episode left off, showcasing Will Serfort utilizing a mysterious Wis spell, Melgitor, against Shade. Unfortunately, after releasing this long-range spell, he unexpectedly loses consciousness.

Shade, still alive, is left confused and yells at Will, demanding to know his true identity. Observing the events unfold, Lihanna notes that Will’s attack has weakened Shade’s chains. Determined not to give in, she breaks free and charges towards Shade.

Lihanna successfully strikes Shade; however, Shade manages to escape using Nost, a smokescreen spell. Despite her earlier bravado, Shade is visibly shaken by the events and vows revenge against the mages.

Meanwhile, as the battle unfolds, Finn observes that Will Serfort still has much to learn before he can unlock his true potential. Interestingly, the mysterious figure who accompanied Finn in the previous chapter has vanished.

The storyline transitions to the south of the Tower’s Sixth Stratum, The Fantafirmary, where Will Serfort regains consciousness. He confesses to Lihanna that he cannot remember any events from the confrontation.

As detailed in this chapter, Will’s memory went blank just after Shade utilized Emma to cast a spell on him. Despite his memory loss, he perceives that he glimpsed something significant while affected by Shade’s puppet spell.

He wonders if his visions might be linked to Wis. Meanwhile, Creslouis permits Will and Lihanna entry into the infirmary, where Emma is receiving care. Though her injuries are treated, her life hangs in the balance due to the Floralphagia condition.

Creslouis expresses her relief that Emma is still alive, adding that her recovery will be overseen by the elves. Lihanna seizes the moment to inquire about a mystical school of magic known as Berzeme Sique. Creslouis reveals that the Berzemes were a clan specializing in puppet magic, which was ultimately banned after creating chaos in the city.

More importantly, Creslouis expresses intrigue about the use of Belledors in Berzemes magic. She warns Will and Lihanna to remain vigilant and not to trust anyone within the tower, fearing that the alleged traitor might already be among them.

Shortly thereafter in Chapter 45 Part 2, Arvin Olus, chief of the Wind Faction, and his adjutant, Monica Orphan, enter the room to check on Emma. Just as Will prepares to speak, Creslouis interrupts him and Lihanna through mental communication.

She insists that they cannot share information easily, as it is possible that Shade could send additional puppets to spy on them. Creslouis emphasizes the importance of staying close to allies like Zeo and Gilford for protection.

With potential threats surrounding them, Lihanna expresses doubt about whom they can trust. However, Will reassures her, reminding her that they can count on their friends for support, which brings a smile back to Lihanna’s face.

Just then, Gilford arrives and informs them to prepare for an upcoming storm of drills. The chapter concludes with a shift to Elfaria Albis Serfort, who poses a critical question to Aaron Masterias Oldking about whether he wishes to destroy the tower.
