This climactic finale featured Aaron Masterias Oldking, the Lord of the Light and the King of the Magia Vanders, as he valiantly rescued Will Serfort and other mages from the Evil Sentinels lurking in the Dungeon.

Kicking off from the last episode, Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 begins with Lihanna, Wignall, and others watching as Will Serfort defeats the Evil Grand Duke using a Magic Sword. Yet, the threat still looms. The death cry of the Evil Grand Duke summons more Evil Sentinels.

Feeling hopeless as everyone runs out of mana for battle, Lihanna expresses her despair. Just as tragedy appears imminent, a powerful annihilation spell from a distance disrupts the darkness, offering a glimmer of hope.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 introduces Aaron Masterias Oldking, the King of the Magia Vander and the Strongest Wand, who returns from his Dungeon expedition. He showers blessings of light upon the mages, praising the “children of magic”for their resilience.

All the mages, including Wignall the elf, bow in reverence before the Lord of the Light, overwhelmed with joy. However, Will’s attention is drawn to another figure who is carrying instruments from the Dungeon.

Excited by the sight of a living Sword, he leaps down and approaches Will. When asked for his name, he introduces himself as Finn. Meanwhile, the Headless Mage and Marze are seen retrieving a mysterious sword to fulfill their objectives.

The mage hunters express satisfaction about their swift acquisition of the “goods,”while the Headless Mage looks forward to reveling in their success with a sinister celebration.

Following their harrowing experience in the Dungeon, Will Serfort and his companions find themselves in the Academy’s hospital for recovery. Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 reveals that the tragic events during the Dungeon Praxis resulted in the death of twelve teachers, although thankfully, no students lost their lives.

Sion Ulster, Wignall, and others reflect on the horror of the tragedy and shudder at the thought of what might have happened had King Magia Vander not arrived in time. Lihanna expresses gratitude that everyone survived and appreciates their solidarity through this ordeal.

The storyline of Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 then shifts to Principal Caldron’s office, where Finn makes an appearance. Caldron greets Finn and inquires about his recent Dungeon expedition. Finn reveals he ventured deep into the 49th Floor alongside Aaron.

Finn brings a broken sword as a souvenir for Caldron, resembling the one the Mysterious Mage killers had retrieved in the Dungeon. After examining the weapon, Caldron queries Finn if it is the renowned “Mage Slayer.”Finn confirms that he recovered the blade from the 40th Floor.

He further speculates that mysterious mages were possibly conducting tests in the Dungeon to develop the “Mage Slayers.”Finn entrusts the sword’s examination to Caldron, as he has been summoned back to the Dungeon for another investigation at Aaron’s request, sensing a sinister plot brewing among a formidable group.

After discussing the sword, Finn queries Caldron about why she hadn’t mentioned Will Serfort, the “Sword,”despite knowing that the Swords fall under his purview. Caldron explains that Will is a student at Rigarden Academy, who shows an unusual fascination for Wands.

Caldron adds that Will aims to ascend the Tower, which Finn finds amusing, as he has never heard of a Sword aspiring to become a Wand. Caldron agrees with Finn’s viewpoint, believing that Will’s ambitions could yield significant consequences for the world. Regardless, Finn leaves Will in Caldron’s hands but expresses a desire to remain involved in his affairs from time to time.

Subsequently, the narrative of Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 transitions back to Will Serfort, who practices his sword swings just days after his recovery. Colette expresses disbelief at Will’s ability to be up and about while many of his companions are still nursing injuries.

Will smiles and informs Colette that he cannot afford to remain idle; he has countless objectives left to achieve. Meanwhile, Julius speculates if Will might be a Dwarf due to his astonishing recovery rate.

However, despite his harsh remarks, Julius acknowledges Will’s impressive strength. In a similar vein, Will’s relentless dedication inspires Sion, who is eager for a rematch with him. Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 12 concludes with Will and Sion engaging in training together.
