According to recent social media revelations, World of Warcraft is joining forces with Mountain Dew to celebrate the MMO’s 20th Anniversary.

A post on Reddit by user u/Electronic-Garden-16 shared a collection of images on the Mountain Dew subreddit, hinting at a new product line inspired by the beloved game. This new collection appears to feature two distinct flavors, each adorned with World of Warcraft branding, showcasing iconic characters like Xal’atath, Alleria, and The Lich King.

While the specifics in the initial images may be hard to decipher, the user has continued to post more updates and images detailing what fans can anticipate. The new flavors, labeled as Citrus Blackberry and Citrus Cherry, feature unique packaging designed to appeal to WoW enthusiasts.

Additionally, players can look forward to unlocking various rewards. However, simply logging in and entering a code won’t suffice. Instead, users will earn points by entering codes, with higher-priced products yielding more points.

These accumulated points can then be redeemed for a selection of rewards available on the mtndewgaming.com platform, which is currently only operational in the USA. This indicates that the code and points system may be limited to American residents.

The site currently offers a wide array of products, though there are no WoW items listed at the moment. Users can find in-game items for popular titles such as XDefiant, Elder Scrolls Online, and FFXIV, in addition to tangible products like keycaps and Xbox consoles.
