After the initial launch, the developers addressed concerns in a blog post, stating, “We have received a significant amount of feedback from various platforms and channels regarding the Beginner’s Choice Convene event. We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction it may have caused.”

“Hence, our team has decided to release a unique item called the [Voucher of Reciprocal Tides]. This voucher will provide players with a complimentary opportunity to obtain any 5-Star Standard Resonator of their preference through in-game mail on 05/26 10:00 (UTC+8).
