xQc Accuses Adept of $10 Million Settlement Demand & Facing New Lawsuit

Twitch and Kick streamer xQc has revealed that his former partner, Adept, is reportedly suing him again in California, with a demand for $10 million in compensation.

Since their breakup, xQc and Adept have found themselves entangled in numerous legal disputes.

These legal challenges have included a divorce filing, allegations of sexual assault, and disagreements regarding car ownership, all of which have persisted for over a year since their split.

During a Twitch stream on October 20, 2024, xQc announced that Adept is pursuing legal action against him once more, claiming the lawsuit mirrors one that she filed previously.

Discussion begins at the 8:50 mark

“Hey guys, I’m not quite sure how to put this. You may have noticed that I stepped away from the stream for about 10 minutes yesterday, right? That was due to a brief meeting with my agents.

Now, it turns out I’m being sued again—but this time in California. Oh man! I just don’t know what to make of it anymore.”

After sharing the news with his viewers, xQc expressed that he finds the ongoing situation to be “upsetting” and questioned the reasoning behind “the legal system permitting such actions.”

“Honestly, I feel like I could rant and rave for an hour about this, but I won’t give it unnecessary attention because it’s just… I honestly don’t know how to respond. It’s simply tragic at this stage,” the streamer concluded.

Later in the stream, xQc stated that every allegation in this new lawsuit is something he has already “successfully contested in court,” labeling these eight claims as “ridiculous stuff.”

After years of an on-and-off relationship, xQc and Adept formally ended their partnership in 2022. Since their separation, numerous legal disputes have ensued.

In September 2024, xQc informed his followers that the initial lawsuit worth $500,000 brought against him by Adept had been dismissed.

As of now, Adept has not publicly addressed xQc’s assertions regarding the new lawsuit filed in California, nor her request for $10 million in settlement.

We will keep you informed as further developments unfold in this situation.
