Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, the streaming sensation, recently expressed his disdain for FaZe Clan’s new logo, labeling it as “corny.” This reaction comes amid a significant rebranding initiative by the famed esports organization.
In the past year, FaZe Clan has experienced considerable upheaval. After an attempt to go public with new investors, the organization faced a steep decline in its stock price, leading to a turbulent period. As tensions rose, a power struggle unfolded between the new executive team and long-standing members, including FaZe Banks. Following FaZe’s sale, Banks returned to leadership, resulting in the dismissal of various members signed under the previous regime.
Recently, the organization has begun to regain its footing with talents like Lacy and StableRonaldo joining its ranks. In light of this resurgence, FaZe has decided to reimagine its logo.
xQc’s Take on the FaZe Logo Redesign
According to Banks, the rebranding includes a subtle alteration to the iconic ‘F’ logo, which reportedly features softened corners. However, xQc is unimpressed by these changes. He promptly described the update as “corny” upon his initial observation.
In his critique, he remarked, “What?! Brother, I’ve got to be honest, this looks like Ratchet & Clank or something. Guys, this resembles a wrench. Like, the type of wrench you buy to repair a car. Am I wrong? I see a wrench.” His strong reaction reflects his disbelief and disappointment with the new design.

As he continued to examine the revamped logo, xQc criticized the color scheme as well, commenting, “RGB. Erm, what? Oh, get out, get out. Get them out of here.” His response suggests that he is unlikely to embrace FaZe’s new branding anytime soon.
With this frank assessment, it seems unlikely that xQc will sport the FaZe logo on his streams in the future. Additionally, it wouldn’t be surprising if some FaZe members retaliate against his remarks, especially as tensions with Ronaldo have already escalated over a recent block on X, previously known as Twitter.
