Young Actress Honors the Late Lee Sun-kyun at Baeksang Arts Awards

At the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Chun Woo-hee presented the Best Screenplay Award (Film) at 5 p.m. on May 7th (KST).

Following the screening of the Best Screenplay nominee videos, Chun Woo-hee remarked, “I could see glimpses of the late Lee Sun-kyun in two of the nominees,”and expressed, “His performances in those films will always hold a special place in my heart.”Notably, the films “Killing Romance”and “Sleep,”both featuring Lee, were highlighted in the presentation of the Best Screenplay contenders.

At the same time, the Baeksang Arts Awards remains the sole all-encompassing arts award ceremony in Korea, recognizing achievements in television, film, and theater.
