As the final episode of Young Sheldon approaches, fans of the popular Big Bang Theory spinoff may have a new series to look forward to as a similar sitcom climbs the ranks on Netflix.
Despite the recent challenges, being a Sheldon fan has been difficult. The most recent episode of Young Sheldon, Season 7 Episode 12, saw the anticipated passing of George Cooper Sr., and the series finale is quickly approaching.
As fans eagerly await the arrival of the newest show, Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage, the prequel chapter of the Big Bang Theory is drawing to a close. However, fans can still find a new obsession in the classic early 2000s sitcom currently trending on Netflix: Reba.
Even individuals who are not old enough to recall the initial airing of Reba may still be familiar with the show’s iconic opening theme song, which has gained popularity on platforms like TikTok in recent times.
Reba is currently ranked ninth among the most-watched TV shows on the streaming service, making it a perfect choice for Young Sheldon fans looking for a throwback series to fulfill their viewing needs.
The sitcom, set in Houston, Texas, follows Reba’s on-screen character as she copes with the news that her husband wants a divorce after having an affair with his dental hygienist. In the midst of the tumultuous changes in her life, Reba strives to maintain harmony, even with her difficult family.
Young Sheldon fans will find several connections to keep them interested in Reba. One notable example is that Reba herself made a guest appearance in the Big Bang prequel.
