The central theme of A New Dawn centers on Taitou Fireworks, a factory that has been at risk of being taken over and evicted from its location for over three centuries. The narrative centers on three individuals tied to this factory who are placed in peril when they come across Shuhari, a fabled “phantom fireworks shop.”
