YouTube Deletes Amouranth’s Main Channel Without Warning: SEO Specialist Reacts

Amouranth was taken by surprise when her primary YouTube channel and personal account were abruptly removed by the platform without any prior notice.

Amouranth is among the top streamers on the internet, with a significant presence on YouTube and millions of followers on the platform.

Nevertheless, her influence on YouTube was significantly diminished on August 20 when her ASMR channel, which had accumulated 749k subscribers, was removed due to its sexual content.

After two weeks since her ASMR channel was removed, YouTube has unexpectedly removed her primary channel and also targeted her personal account.

“Excuse me [YouTube]. My main YouTube channel @amouranth has been deleted,”the streamer tweeted, mentioning the Team YouTube account.

“She explained that the removal happened abruptly and without prior notice. She emphasized that there were no strikes or infractions, and noted that her personal YouTube channel, which she does not use to create content but only has a YouTube premium subscription, was also deleted in the same email.”

“Are you going to remove my access to Gmail and force me to use Bing for searching?”

Despite not disclosing the cause, Amouranth’s YouTube channel was removed abruptly. This mirrors the deletion of her ASMR channel, which was also taken down unexpectedly while she was attempting to upload a video.

When attempting to access Amouranth’s main channel on YouTube, a 404 error page appears with the message, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.”Searching for Amouranth on YouTube will only bring up videos from other channels discussing her.

Prior to being removed, the channel predominantly shared vlogs, behind-the-scenes content from her livestreams, and try-on videos. According to Social Blade, it had amassed 497 videos, 1.01 million subscribers, and 159 million views.

It remains a mystery as to why YouTube has removed her individual profile. Based on YouTube’s regulations, if a channel or account is terminated, individuals are not allowed to bypass the termination by creating another YouTube channel.

Currently, YouTube has not yet replied to her tweet.
