YouTuber makes wild car-mounted “endless” bubble machine

Engineer and YouTuber Engineezy embarked on a quest to answer a specific question: could a machine be designed to generate infinite bubbles? He dedicated himself to thoroughly experimenting with this concept, all in the name of science.

Creating bubbles is a simple task that has entertained numerous children and even adults by using a bubble wand and soap solution. However, Science and engineering YouTuber Engineezy was determined to go beyond the minuscule bubbles formed by conventional bubble wands, pushing for larger and faster results.

By combining chemistry with extensive experimentation, Engineezy successfully developed a formula for creating robust, oversized bubbles. While there was already a method in place for making huge bubbles using a triangular wand made of two large sticks connected by a layer of cotton wrap, this technique proved to be ineffective when the solution ran out of cotton.

To address the issue, Engineezy devised a plan to build a device that could continuously pump bubble solution into the giant wand. This would solve the problem of the solution running out.

The ring is large enough for the YouTuber to step through it.

The initial tests consisted of using the same pair of sticks and a triangular wand coated in cotton. In addition, a flexible PVC tube was introduced, and a pump was placed in the solution bucket to ensure that the wand stayed coated with solution. Despite the limitations posed by the tube, this method proved to be effective, as the wand could not be taken too far from the bucket of solution.

In the end, Engineezy came up with the concept of transporting the entire setup, complete with the wand, bubble solution, and tube, as a single system. This, of course, would require finding a suitable place to secure it. What could be a better option than a car?

Despite its seemingly straightforward nature, there were numerous engineering obstacles that had to be overcome. Countless prototypes were created and put to the test, each yielding varying degrees of success. One notable failure was the initial iteration of the car-mounted wand, which ultimately malfunctioned and broke.

After some time, a functional prototype was successfully created and attached to the car. This led to the formation of incredibly large bubbles that followed the car for several feet, resembling a shimmering tail.

Despite being an unconventional sight, it remains an impressive feat of science and engineering. YouTube has been a platform for many innovative and remarkable engineering endeavors, including an analog gauge task monitor and a shoe rack Arcade cabinet.
