YouTuber Rob Pitts dies from stomach cancer at age 45

According to a video posted on his channel, popular YouTuber Rob ‘Rabbit’ Pitts has passed away at the age of 45 after battling stomach cancer.

Pitts, who goes by the name Rabbits Used Cars on YouTube, rose to fame on the platform due to his extensive collection of car-themed videos that he has been posting for years.

He was also the main focus of Netflix’s Tex Mex Motors, a show that documented the journey of car enthusiasts as they searched for undervalued cars in Mexico, with the intention of restoring and selling them in the United States.

On August 25, 2024, a video titled “This is Goodbye” was uploaded to his YouTube channel, announcing his passing from stomach cancer.

“Many of you may have noticed that I haven’t been very active recently and may be wondering what I’ve been up to,”the video states. “After SEMA last year, I started to feel unwell and was losing weight. However, with the upcoming filming of Season two of Tex Mex Motors for Netflix, I wanted to look my best on camera, so I didn’t pay much attention to it.”

The video continued by stating that the YouTuber’s loss of appetite and acid reflux-like symptoms prompted him to seek medical attention. After multiple doctor visits, he was eventually diagnosed with stomach cancer.

The video also showcased his various achievements in life, including purchasing his store, working on his show, and tying the knot with the person he loves.

Fortunately, she is not opposed to committing to someone who may only be in her life for a brief period of time.

Rob’s videographer announced in the comments that he had passed away, stating that he would keep his channel intact for future viewers.

“Hello everyone, I am Jeff, the videographer for Rob. I am currently with him at Hospice and I regret to inform you that he passed away at 21:45 on 08/25/2024. I assure you that I will continue to maintain the channel in his memory. He will be deeply missed and his memory will never be forgotten.”

Just weeks ago, it was revealed that YouTuber Pretty Pastel Please’s cause of death was a rare heart disease known as Lymphocytic myocarditis. This recent news follows the initial revelation.
