YouTuber Withdraws Domestic Violence Allegations Against MrBeast’s Employee

YouTuber DogPack404 is retracting a statement he made regarding one of MrBeast’s employees, leading to backlash from fans.

DogPack404 is a content creator and former employee of Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, who holds the title of the most-subscribed influencer on YouTube.

Recently, MrBeast has faced controversy after his former collaborator, Ava Kris Tyson, distanced herself from the brand due to allegations of inappropriate behavior towards minors.

Following this, MrBeast and his company were scrutinized after it was revealed that he had knowingly hired a registered sex offender featured in previous videos. Additional claims about his business gained traction, with DogPack404 becoming central to the ensuing uproar.

In an August 29 video, DogPack404 alleged that he heard from various sources that one of MrBeast’s producers, James Warren, was a “psychopath who screams at people and hits his girlfriend.”

He mentioned that there were “allegedly domestic violence charges filed against” Warren, but he cautioned that he could not verify these claims, noting “there’s a lot of people in North Carolina named James Warren who assault their girlfriends.”

Ultimately, DogPack404 could not confirm the validity of the claims due to multiple individuals named James Warren in the state with domestic violence allegations. Nonetheless, he labeled Warren as MrBeast’s “secret CEO” in his video.

A week later, on September 5, DogPack404 retracted his allegations in a tweet, stating that a domestic violence case discussed in MrBeast’s offices was “most likely the wrong James Warren.”

He said, “An alleged current MrBeast employee reached out to me providing their perspective. I think this person is mistaken on many details, but I now believe the James Warren DV case that circulated the office was most likely the wrong James Warren. Of course, none of my sources knew that,” the YouTuber clarified.

DogPack404 added he “should have waited on the FOIA requests before mentioning the DV charges allegations,” but he reminded viewers that he indicated the statements in his videos were merely “allegations” based on his sources’ accounts.

Despite his clarification, users expressed their anger towards DogPack404 in the comments, with one commenting, “All you had to do was wait a week, man. I don’t know why this had to even be a discussion.”

Another user remarked, “You don’t have to be a ‘professional journalist or investigator’ to know that this was a reckless and horrible thing to go forward with without confirming,” adding, “You just push false allegations to 2 million people.”

One comment stated, “Jesus Christ. This is borderline psychopathic behavior. Accusing someone you don’t know of domestic violence and animal abuse… for what? Views? Ironic.”

MrBeast has reportedly threatened legal action against DogPack404, utilizing the services of celebrity lawyer Alex Spiro, known for representing high-profile clients like Megan Thee Stallion and Alec Baldwin.
