YouTuber’s Lawsuit with Prime Hydration over ‘Glizzy’ Flavor Goes Viral

u003cp>According to Australian YouTuber ‘Floppy’, he is currently facing a lawsuit from Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime Hydration brand. This is in response to a prank he pulled by creating a counterfeit ‘Glizzy Gobbler’ flavor for the brand.

On July 25, Floppy uploaded a video in which he dissected the practical joke that supposedly angered Prime. In the video, Floppy created a fake, hot dog-themed flavor of the sports drink to demonstrate the joke.

He went to the extent of obtaining Prime’s branding materials and producing fake posters of the flavor to display in a nearby supermarket. He then posed as a Prime representative and convinced store employees to stock the flavor on shelves.

Nonetheless, it seems that the brand’s representatives did not take kindly to his prank, as he alleges that they retaliated by filing a lawsuit against him.

Floppy responded by recalling a prank that fellow YouTuber JiDion had previously played on Gatorade employees. JiDion had managed to deceive them into believing that Prime was a new flavor of Gatorade, after sneaking into one of the company’s offices.

Despite both KSI and Paul expressing their admiration for JiDion’s video, Floppy reveals that he has not received the same level of support from the brand. He has now issued a challenge for them to taste his ‘Glizzy Gobbler’ flavor.

“He explained that the only thing he did was include hot dog water. When asked why, he responded that it was because every individual who tastes Prime comments on its excessive sweetness.”

To support his statement, he cited a review by acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsay, who famously compared drinking Prime to “drinking perfume.”

Floppy added that in addition to his claim of becoming Australia’s first Prime creator if the YouTubers enjoyed his flavor, he also stated that if they did not like it, Logan could freely frog splash him from the top rope or select a tattoo for him to get.

Although he offered his apologies to the Prime team, he encouraged them to practice “forgiveness”instead of proceeding with legal action against him.

“He apologized to the Prime audience watching, acknowledging that he had made changes to their product. He suggested that perhaps they could extend the same understanding that Prime Hydration was founded on.”

Prime is no stranger to legal issues, having previously been sued by the U.S. Olympic Committee and facing a class-action lawsuit from a plaintiff for “false advertising” earlier this year. This latest trouble is just another addition to their legal woes.
