Sukuna revealed that he was meant to be born alongside a twin brother, but unfortunately, the King of Curses devoured his brother to satisfy his insatiable hunger. This resulted in Sukuna being the only one to be born.
In addition, Kenjaku gained possession of Sukuna’s deceased twin brother’s soul and used it to reincarnate Jin Itadori, effectively making Sukuna the twin brother of Itadori’s father. The story then returned to the point where Itadori was attacking Sukuna with a Black Flash. The main character attempted to sever the King of Curses’ leg, but Sukuna skillfully evaded the attack with his cursed technique.
The narrator later disclosed that Itadori possessed two cursed techniques: ‘Blood Manipulation,’ which he inherited from his death painting, and ‘Shrine,’ which he acquired through Sukuna.
