After reading spoilers for the upcoming chapter 264, it seems that Jujutsu Kaisen’s protagonist, Yuji Itadori, has finally come into his own. This highly anticipated chapter is set to be officially released on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 12:00 am JST in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump issue 35. Fans are buzzing with excitement on social media platforms as the true extent of Yuji’s abilities is revealed.

Based on the spoilers for chapter 264, titled Inhuman Makyo Shinjuku Showdown, Part 36, it is revealed that Hana faces Sukuna and is nearly fatally wounded. However, Todo intervenes just in time to save her, followed by the arrival of Yuji. The scene then transitions to the intense battle between Sukuna and Yuji.

In the newly published unedited images, we can clearly see Yuji’s unwavering determination and powerful strength as he takes hold of Sukuna’s feet and hurls him into a nearby building. This spectacular move is followed by a series of intense exchanges between the two, building up a palpable sense of tension.

Despite Yuji being seemingly at a disadvantage with Sukuna having regained his Reverse Cursed Technique, Yuji ingeniously allows Sukuna to strike him, only to reveal that it was a strategic move as he then unleashes his Domain. This causes Sukuna to be transported to what appears to be a train station.

Despite his efforts, Jujutsu Kaisen’s main character had not been able to perform Domain Expansion, a technique reserved for the most skilled and elite sorcerers. However, in the latest chapter, it is revealed that he had gained knowledge about this advanced technique through his body-swapping training with Atsuya Kusakabe.

The one-on-one confrontation between Yuji and Sukuna within Yuji’s Domain is anticipated to be a pivotal event in the series. It has the potential to elevate Yuji above Gojo, who has been established as one of the most formidable characters thus far.
