On April 28, 2024, a video of Yuqi engaging with a fan from China gained traction on various social media platforms, including TikTok.
During the video, the Chinese fan presented Yuqi with photo cards and challenged her to guess their prices. Yuqi was taken aback from the very first photo card she saw, as it was priced at 1200 Chinese yuan, equivalent to $165.70 USD.
Upon inquiry, Yuqi inquired about the person responsible for setting the prices of the photo cards.
The price for the second photo card was a staggering 5,000 yuan, equivalent to $690.38 USD. When the fan confirmed that it was indeed 5,000 yuan for just one photo card, Yuqi inquired if it was truly the price.
Yuqi correctly guessed the cost of the third card she was shown, which was 7,000 yuan, but she did so jokingly. Curious about the high prices, she asked the fan for an explanation, who then revealed that the limited number of photo cards was the reason for the steep prices.
The fourth item was priced at 7,000 yuan, equivalent to $966.52. The final item was priced at a staggering 10,000 yuan, which comes to $1,380.74!
The video of Yuqi guessing the prices of her photo card gained widespread attention, with many netizens finding Yuqi’s reaction hilarious. It was pointed out that the high price was due to the fact that it featured Yuqi’s face, implying that the person responsible for setting the prices was none other than Yuqi herself.
