Despite the scheduled release date of July 15, 2024, the spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263 have already surfaced. According to the spoilers, Yuta was unable to handle Gojo’s immense power within his body as Kenjaku’s cursed technique dissipated earlier than expected. It is speculated that Gojo’s strength may have been too much for Yuta to control, causing his body to give in without his soul.
The leaked information also revealed that Ryomen Sukuna was defeated by Yuji’s well-executed Dismantle technique, which allowed Hana to enter the battlefield. The chapter concluded with Hana using Jacob’s Ladder on Sukuna in an attempt to end his life.
Despite Yuta’s strong desire to use his cursed technique, Copy, in the chapter, he was unable to do so due to his inability to control Gojo’s body, which had reached its limit. As he pondered the possibility of Kenjaku prolonging his time in someone’s body, Yuta realized that the true problem may lie in the body that his soul inhabited. It dawned on him that his lack of understanding of Gojo’s strength could have been the reason for his body’s premature shutdown before the five-minute mark.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 263: Gojo’s Unimaginable Strength Could Be What Stopped Yuta
The summary of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263 revealed that Yuta was able to successfully execute the Hollow Purple technique on Sukuna, but due to it not being as powerful as Gojo’s 200% version, it did not prove to be fatal. As a result, Sukuna was sent flying away when the domain’s barrier was shattered, causing significant damage to his skin.
Yuta witnessed Sukuna’s injury and exited the domain. Aoi urged him to continue firing Hollow Purple. However, Gojo’s body collapsed unexpectedly, shocking Yuta who had anticipated remaining active for at least five minutes. Aoi’s distraction caused Yuta to be caught off guard, allowing Sukuna to strike him with Black Flash.
Despite Yuji and Aoi’s efforts to distract Sukuna, Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263 showed Yuta reflecting on his mistakes. He initially verified that he had lost his original cursed technique, Copy. He also considered how Kenjaku was able to remain in a body for an extended period by utilizing his own cursed technique, which he used to inhabit Gojo’s body.
Satoru Gojo comes from the powerful Gojo family and is recognized as one of the most dominant sorcerers in the series. Prior to his arrival, cursed spirits roamed without restraint, but upon his birth, they were struck with fear.
Gojo’s immense strength can be attributed to his powerful cursed energy and the Six Eyes, a hereditary trait within the Gojo clan. These eyes grant their bearer the ability to utilize Limitless, one of the most formidable cursed techniques.
Even though Yuta was unable to move, it is possible that this was due to Gojo’s body and not Kenjaku’s technique. Throughout his life, Gojo had infused his body with a significant amount of cursed energy, allowing him to utilize powerful cursed techniques. When Yuta took over Gojo’s body, he also provided it with cursed energy, but it was most likely not nearly as much as Gojo’s.
Both Yuta and Gojo possess the rare and powerful ability of being special-grade cursed sorcerers. However, their experiences in this role are what sets them apart. When Gojo emerged from the domain, his body began to reject Yuta’s soul, as it was not providing him with enough cursed energy. As a result, Yuta was unable to accurately gauge and control Gojo’s cursed energy output.
