Yuta is set to reclaim his body through the Reverse Curse Technique of Rika. Just in time, Rika managed to preserve Yuta’s original body while he was in Gojo’s body. Recent leaks also hint at Megumi Fushiguro’s involvement in this event.

Yuta stands out as one of the most selfless exorcists, striving for the greater good without seeking personal gain. He willingly sacrificed himself and switched to Gojo’s body for the sake of his comrades.

Yuta’s Copy ability operates in unique ways, especially evident during the battle with Sukuna. As the clash concluded and the series approached its climax, fans pondered whether Yuta would regain his body.

With the return of characters like Shoko Ieri, Megumi Fushiguro, and even Higurama, fans began speculating about Yuta’s resurgence—and they were indeed correct.

According to leaks, Yuta remained under the effect of Gojo Satoru’s Limitless Void technique and appeared slightly disoriented.

In a notable scene, Maki scolds Yuta, who continuously apologizes. Maki eventually reassures him that it is not his fault, expressing her frustration.

When Yuuta assumed control of Gojo’s body during the Shinjuku Showdown arc, there was a mixture of shock and confusion among fans over whether to celebrate. Here, we analyze how Yuuta successfully took over Gojo’s body. Yuuta appropriated Kenjaku’s ability to swap brains, allowing him to possess others’ bodies.

Yuuta utilized Kenjaku’s technique on Gojo’s body (which had been sutured by Shouko) and unleashed the reverse cursed technique to bring the body back to life.

An evident distinction is the suture on his forehead, mirroring Kenjaku’s scar. However, there’s a fundamental difference in how the technique was applied; Kenjaku can perform this independently while Yuuta relies on the fully manifested Rika.

The main flaw in Yuuta’s strategy was the limitation of using a copied technique only as long as Rika was fully manifested, which lasts a maximum of five minutes. So, what fate awaited Yuuta after these five minutes?

Following five minutes of Rika’s complete manifestation, there are two possible outcomes: Yuuta either dies due to the cursed technique’s invalidation or becomes indefinitely trapped within Gojo’s body. Based on Itadori’s comments in the latest chapter, it seems Yuuta is still alive but confined in Gojo’s body.

As of this writing, no spoilers or raw scans for chapter 269 have been released, making it impossible to confirm these theories.
