These banners provide opportunities to obtain your desired characters, weapons/W-Engines, and the lovable Bangboos (adorable companions).
The rotation of Zenless Zone Zero banners occurs every 21 days and is highly effective in expanding your roster. To make the most of these banners, it is important to use your ZZZ Polychromes wisely and be aware of the upcoming characters and whether they appeal to you.

The current banner in Zenless Zone Zero, titled “Mellow Waveride,”showcases the S-rank character Ellen alongside A-rank characters Soukaku and Anton. The upcoming banner, “Unswerving Bullet,”will also feature an S-rank character, Zhu Yuan, alongside A-rank characters Ben and Nicole.
Current Character Banner Version 1.0
The version 1.0, phase one character banner is named Mellow Waveride and showcases Ellen, an S-rank Ice attacker. The banner also includes A-Rank characters Anton (Electric, Attack) and Soukaku (Ice, Support).
The current banner will conclude on July 24, 2024, and will be followed by the introduction of a new character banner.
3. Latest Version of W-Engine Banner: 1.0
The Dissonant Sonata, the current W-Engine banner, showcases Ellen’s signature weapon, the Attack type S-Rank weapon Deep Sea Visitor.
The two A-rank weapons featured in this banner are Bashful Demon (Support) and Drill Rig – Red Axis (Attack). The banner will come to a close on July 24, 2024, and a new W-Engine banner will take its place.
Upcoming Character Banner Version 1.0
The Unswerving Bullet character banner, set to release in version 1.0, will be accessible for a period of 21 days starting on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
The banner will showcase Zhu Yuan, a top-ranked Ether attacker. Additionally, Ben (Fire, Defense) and Nicole (Ether, Support), both A-rank characters, will also be highlighted.
5. Upcoming W-Engine Banner Version 1.0
The upcoming W-Engine banner will run for the same duration as Zhu Yuan’s character banner, making it available alongside it.
The upcoming banner will showcase the new S-Rank weapon, the Riot Suppressor Mark VI, which is an Attack type and also happens to be Zhu Yuan’s signature weapon. Along with it, the Vault (Support) and the Big Cylinder (Defense) will also be featured as A-rank weapons.

Despite the lack of any official announcement regarding the upcoming banners, Zenless Zone Zero recently unveiled three new characters in their drip marketing post: QingYi, Seth, and Jane Doe.

The way Hoyovese introduces the new characters strongly suggests that they will be included in version 1.1. Although their attributes, rarity, and weapons have yet to be announced, trustworthy leakers have disclosed that QingYi and Jane Doe are expected to be S-rank characters, while Seth is predicted to be an A-rank character.

The game Zenless Zone Zero was created and released by HoYoverse as a free-to-play action role-playing game on July 4, 2024. It is available on multiple platforms, including Windows, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5.
