To provide further context, Zico revealed that Jung Joon Young owned a private “golden phone”that he exclusively used for KakaoTalk. This sparked suspicions among netizens that the “golden phone”mentioned on the talk show was the same device used to distribute illicit videos of the victims from the Burning Sun scandal.
On March 13, 2019, Zico clarified the situation by releasing a handwritten letter, explaining that his “golden phone”remark was unrelated to the Burning Sun scandal.
