During a recent guest appearance on MBC’s “Radio Star,”2AM’s Jo Kwon revealed a major regret, making headlines in recent news.

Upon reminiscing about his past, he disclosed that in 2014, when the group was under contracts with both Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE) and JYP Entertainment, he was faced with the decision of selecting one company over the other.

Although Bang Si Hyuk extended an offer for Jo Kwon to join Big Hit Entertainment, he ultimately chose to stay with JYP Entertainment due to his long history of training there. However, he now deeply regrets this choice, particularly after seeing the enormous success of Big Hit Entertainment.

In addition, Jo Kwon expressed sadness over losing connection with Bang Si Hyuk, whom he used to regularly communicate with. This news came during Jo Kwon’s solo endeavors, as his track “Animal,”featuring BTS’ J-Hope, surprisingly climbed to the top of iTunes charts almost ten years after its initial release.
