In a surprising turn of events, Seo In-young, popularly known as Elly and a former member of the K-pop group Jewelry, announced her separation from her husband in early 2024, ending their 13-month marriage. This news broke after reports surfaced about her husband filing for divorce.
Elly expressed her shock over the situation, stating, “Recently, my husband conveyed that we weren’t a good fit and expressed his desire to part ways. However, we hadn’t discussed divorce directly.” She elaborated, “I am taken aback and need to comprehend the situation better. I had no intention of getting divorced, as nothing drastic happened between us. Further discussions are needed.”

Meanwhile, actor Heo Dong-won, known for his role in the popular series “The Glory, ” also faced marital turbulence. In 2024, he and his wife chose to end their journey together after just one year of marriage. Reports indicated that Heo took significant time to arrive at this decision.
