Field Studies on Pokémon Go
Field Research is perfect for obtaining rare Pokémon and items.
Field Studies involves completing challenges to earn rewards. Players can obtain a mission by spinning a PokéStop. Each Field Study represents an objective to be achieved. Rewards can range from special items to encounters with rare Pokémon.
How to unlock Study Phases on Pokémon Go
At the start of the month, players receive a Study Phases box with seven locations to put stamps on. Trainers earn a research stamp for each Field Research completed.
Please note, you can only get one tampon per day. Which means that it takes at least a week to collect the seven stamps and validate the Study Phases.
Study Phase Reward
Once you have collected seven stamps, the Study Phases will unlock and you can open the box. For this month of January 2024, the final reward will offer you an encounter with a random Pokémon from the following list:
- Galarian Smogogo*
- M. Mime de Galar*
- Lokhlass*
- Couafarel*
- Mucuscule*
- Babyscale
Additional rewards: Stardust x2000, XP x3000, Poké Ball x20 / Super Ball x5 / Nanana Berry x5 / Super Candy x3 / Sinnoh Stone x1 / Unova Stone x1 / Remote Raid Pass x1
