To begin, focus on progressing through the main storyline until you arrive at Prygos Village. There might be numerous enticing side quests and hidden secrets, like the Cage in the Dark or discoveries around the Flooded Farmlands. However, staying on the primary quest path is essential as it will lead you to the heart of Act 1, where Prygos Village is located.

Once in Prygos Village, take the time to explore the various NPCs. As you navigate the northern part of the village, you will encounter a Ritual Shrine situated atop the stairs. Approach this shrine and interact with it to access its offerings.

The shrine presents two rituals: the Rituals of Athena and the Rituals of Ares.

Choosing the Rituals of Athena allows you to reset all your attribute points for a determined cost. Unlike your mastery skills, where you can selectively remove points from particular attributes to save currency, this ritual requires you to reset all points at once. After selecting the Rituals of Athena, simply confirm your choice and pay the requisite amount.

Additionally, the Rituals of Ares provide options to increase the game’s difficulty, respawn nearby enemies, or raise the minimum enemy levels in the vicinity. This can be particularly beneficial for players looking to grind for experience points and improve their character’s power level early in the game. Nonetheless, if you have an effective character build, extensive grinding may not be necessary during your campaign.
