Adin Ross Reveals Impressive KICK Earnings Without the Need for Subscribers

Adin Ross has recently disclosed some eye-opening figures regarding his earnings on KICK, a streaming platform supported by Stake, known for rewarding creators based on their viewer counts.

Over the years, many platforms have sought to dethrone Twitch, including YouTube, Mixer, and Facebook Gaming, which have also attracted notable creators from Twitch’s parent company, Amazon. However, KICK seems to be making significant strides in this competitive landscape.

KICK not only provides lucrative signing bonuses for high-profile streamers like Adin Ross, xQc, and Trainwreck, but it also boasts a significantly more favorable revenue sharing model. The platform offers streamers a remarkable 95/5 split on subscriber revenue, in stark contrast to Twitch’s more typical 50/50 or 70/30 arrangements.

Moreover, KICK is innovating by introducing new methods for streamers to generate income, including regular payouts based on their consistent viewer counts.

Insights into KICK’s Partner Income Program

In a stream on April 9, Adin Ross, who is currently balancing his streaming activities between KICK and Twitch after being reinstated following a two-year ban, highlighted some of these earnings.

He stated, “For just seven streams, I made $150, 000. If you multiply that by four, you’re looking at about $600, 000 a month.” His guest pointed out that this amount is just a baseline, especially noting that his viewership is likely to rise when featuring other prominent streamers, though Adin mentioned preferring to maintain such collaborations on Twitch.

In another session, Adin elaborated on KICK’s partner income initiative, saying, “Every KICK partner can monetize their viewership. The specifics can vary a bit.” He explained the earning potential further: “With 1, 000 viewers, you could earn $100 an hour. If you maintain an average of 50 viewers, your earnings would be about $10 an hour. Essentially, for streamers averaging 50 viewers on KICK without subscriptions, you’re essentially making minimum wage.”
