The renowned co-creator of the beloved children’s series Ben 10, Duncan Rouleau, has expressed an interest in a possible collaboration with Fortnite, sparking excitement among fans of both franchises.

This revelation came from a tweet by well-known Fortnite insider SamLeakss, who noted, “With Warner Bros.planning to collaborate further with Fortnite in the future, this collaboration is super likely to happen at some point!” This announcement followed a recent Q&A session that Rouleau held on his own Twitter account, where he engaged directly with fans.

In one of his responses regarding a potential Ben 10 crossover, Rouleau remarked, “Baymax made an appearance, so never say never.” This reference pertains to the character from Disney’s Big Hero 6—a series he co-created, which saw a Fortnite skin introduced as part of the Chapter 6 Season 1 Battle Pass.

He also addressed inquiries about which character from Ben Tennyson’s Omnitrix would be best suited for a Fortnite role. Rouleau replied, “Good question. I think Heatblast would cook things up.” Heatblast, known for his fiery abilities and magma-like body, is one of Ben’s most iconic alien transformations.

Fans took to social media to discuss potential characters that could be included in a collaboration. One commenter suggested, “Ben 10 is definitely a mini pass type collab. You could do Ben, Kevin, and Gwen to play it safe. OR! You could release 3-4 Aliens!” Others chimed in with creative ideas, including a built-in emote that would allow players to transform into different aliens based on their selection.

Another fan proposed an intriguing concept: “Imagine a Ben 10 Mythic where you gain the Omnitrix and get to choose one of the ten aliens. For example, Heatblast could shoot fireballs and fly for a short period, while Four Arms could throw rocks and create shockwaves, boasting around 800 HP and 400 Shield.”

Potential Ben 10 Fortnite Collaboration Gains Momentum

Although no formal announcements have been made by Epic Games, a previous Fortnite survey conducted in September 2024 listed Ben 10 as a potential collaboration, amplifying fan excitement.

Prior surveys have frequently identified Ben 10 as one of the most requested skins among players, highlighting the character’s compatibility with the Fortnite universe, especially considering his array of alien transformations and the series’ diverse cast of characters and antagonists.

These “survey skins” are typically introduced based on player feedback, and Rouleau’s recent comments have further fueled speculation regarding a Ben 10 crossover. As Fortnite approaches the conclusion of its current season, new leaks about upcoming collaborations have started to emerge. Fans can expect exciting new skins representing characters from major franchises such as Marvel and DC, as well as potential partnerships with properties like Avatar, Iron Man, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
