In the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, Inojin Yamanaka does not die as he is saved by Himawari Uzumaki just in time.

In the previous chapter of the manga, Himawari Uzumaki attempted to halt Jura’s attack by attacking him. However, the God Tree effortlessly countered her and caused her to break her leg. Following this, he ensnared her in a Wood-Style entrapment jutsu.

After witnessing the event, Inojin becomes infuriated and utilizes one of his powerful Super Beast Scroll jutsu to attack Jura. However, his attempt proves unsuccessful as Jura easily knocks him down. In an act of desperation, Inojin turns towards the God Tree to continue the fight, but is quickly impaled by Jura’s creation. These events led fans to speculate that Inojin’s survival was uncertain in chapter 11.

Fortunately, Inojin was able to benefit from the events that took place in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11. When Himawari Uzumaki gained access to Kurama’s chakra, she also gained the ability to regenerate quickly. This allowed her to heal her broken leg in a short amount of time, after which she turned her attention to Inojin.

In the previous chapter, it was noted that Himawari’s hair had begun to resemble Kurama’s tails. Harnessing this similarity, Himawari was able to lift Inojin from the top of the tree and use her regenerative abilities to heal his wounds. As a result, Inojin’s injury quickly began to heal thanks to Himawari’s use of Kurama’s regenerative powers. Ultimately, Himawari was able to save Inojin by utilizing Kurama’s abilities on him.

Despite this, Himawari was unsure if her healing had completely saved Inojin. As a precaution, she requested that Shikadai Nara and Chocho Akimichi take him to the hospital immediately. Although the supposed spoilers did not depict Inojin waking up after being impaled by God Tree Jura, they did confirm that his life was no longer in danger.

Despite any potential complications, if Himawari was unable to fully heal Inojin, Shikadai and Chocho bringing him to the hospital would ensure his recovery. This is due to the fact that the Konoha Medical Department was under the leadership of Sakura Haruno, widely regarded as one of the most skilled medical-nin in the world.
