On May 9th, Brave Entertainment made an announcement stating that Yuina will be taking a temporary break from her activities with Candy Shop due to health concerns. The company had extensive discussions with Yuina and ultimately decided to honor her wishes and pause her activities temporarily.
Additionally, the company announced that Yuina will not be taking part in any future schedules, and that Candy Shop will continue their activities as a quartet by adding a new member to their group.
Candy Shop, consisting of Soram, Sui, Sarang, and Yuina, made their debut on March 27 under Brave Entertainment, led by the renowned Brave Brothers. The group’s launch drew significant interest from the production stage, marking Brave’s first rookie group in 13 years since the debut of Brave Girls.
Amid the team, Yuina was the sole Japanese member and served as a sub-vocalist. Despite joining the team most recently, she departed from the group in less than two months.
