Despite being a solo artist, Jimin’s second mini album “MUSE”still gained widespread success on the Billboard charts. His latest release not only topped the rankings, but also received praise from ARMY fans, who congratulated him on his achievement.
On July 19, Jimin released his second mini album “MUSE”along with its title track “Who.”The pre-release track “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco)”was dropped on June 28.
The album was also composed of additional tracks such as “Rebirth (Intro),””Interlude: Showtime,””Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson),””Be Mine,”and “Closer Than This.”After the album was released, it quickly gained popularity on music charts around the globe.
On July 28, Billboard announced that “MUSE”debuted at No. 2 on the Top 200 Albums chart. This achievement also marked another milestone for Jimin as the first solo Korean artist to have multiple albums enter the top 2 on the Billboard 200.
In 2023, Jimin had previously made history as the first K-pop soloist to reach No. 2 on the Top 200 chart with his debut solo album “FACE.”This milestone was recently assessed by music data provider Luminate, who shared sales details for Jimin’s latest album “MUSE.”
Based on its research, “MUSE”was able to accumulate 96,000 equivalent album units in the week ending on July 25. Out of this, the album sold 74,000 copies in traditional album sales, while also earning 15,000 streaming album units and 7,000 track equivalent album units.

Jimin gained a spot on the Official Albums Chart in the United Kingdom, in addition to his success on the Billboard charts.
The leading single “Who”by the idol debuted at No. 4 on the Official Singles Chart. It also reached the top spot on both the Official Singles Downloads and Official Singles Sales charts. Additionally, the album “MUSE”secured the 56th position on the Official Albums Chart.
