Burger King is commemorating its 70th anniversary in a grand manner, offering numerous complimentary items and even introducing a new menu item for customers to enjoy.
On May 13, 2024, Burger King will introduce a new dessert called the Birthday Pie Slice. This delicious treat includes a rich and creamy filling inspired by birthday cake, a cookie crumb crust, and a generous amount of rainbow sprinkles to match the theme.
Since 1954, Burger King has been flame grilling their burgers and now invites customers to join in on the fun by serving up some mouth-watering freebies.
The lineup, which includes; will be gradually rolled out over the course of the week.
- On Tuesday, May 28th, receive a free hamburger with any purchase of $0.70 or more.
- On Wednesday, May 29, kick off your day with a complimentary Croissan’wich when you spend $0.70 or more.
- On Thursday, May 30, you can quench your thirst with a complimentary medium soft drink if you make a purchase of $0.70 or higher.
- On Friday, May 31st, you can enjoy a complimentary cheeseburger when you make a purchase of $0.70 or more.
- On Saturday, June 1, you can commemorate Burger King’s 70th anniversary by receiving a complimentary slice of Birthday Pie with any purchase of $0.70 or more.
- On Sunday, June 2nd, you can enjoy a free Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a purchase of $0.70 or more.
- On Monday, June 3, you can finish off the festivities by receiving a complimentary Whopper Jr. when you make a purchase of $0.70 or higher.
Burger King are rolling out a whole bunch of new treats
To take advantage of the new items mentioned above, customers must enroll in the Burger King Loyalty Program first. Once enrolled, you can enter your registration information and begin enjoying all the delicious treats mentioned above.

In addition to Burger King’s weeklong promotions, Wendy’s has also recently revealed that it will be offering free nuggets to customers every Wednesday.
