On June 21st, C9 Entertainment, the agency of cignature, released a statement addressing the involvement of their artist, Jeewon, as a new MC on ‘No Back Tak Jae-hoon’. They stated that they had a lengthy and serious discussion with Jeewon on the day the Tanaka & Ogura Yuna episode aired, regarding the controversy that had arisen.
The agency clarified that Jeewon gave her best performance during filming, in line with the show’s concept, and did not experience any emotional issues. Tak Jae-hoon and Shin Kyu-jin were actively engaged in discussions about potential issues that may arise from the content while filming. The production team also shared the edited version with Jeewon beforehand, and she had no objections to the broadcast version, as she was committed to faithfully fulfilling her role on the No Back channel.
The statement was made, “We assure that we will maintain open communication with the No Back production team and remain optimistic about our artist Jeewon successfully fulfilling her role as a member of ‘No Back Tak Jae-hoon’.”
On the June 19th episode of “No Back” , Japanese AV actress Ogura Yuna made an appearance. During the episode, she commented to Jeewon, “You seem to have a lot of fans. With a great body like yours, you should consider debuting. You have the potential to become a top actress.”However, her remarks sparked a controversy regarding sexual harassment. As a result, the production team decided to edit out the problematic scenes.
